🌿 మా కథ | Our Story
Choulam (Chetla Manam) Srinivas Rao
Founder & General Secretary
1986లో ఉపాధ్యాయుడిగా నా వృత్తి ప్రయాణం ప్రారంభమైనప్పటికీ, సమాజ సేవ పట్ల నా ఆసక్తి చిన్ననాటి నుంచే నాలో అంకురించింది. ప్రజల కష్టాలు, అవసరాలు ప్రత్యక్షంగా చూశాను; వాటికి పరిష్కారాలు చూపాలనే సంకల్పమే నా మార్గదర్శకం అయింది.
"Although my professional journey began as a teacher in 1986, my commitment to social service took root much earlier. Witnessing real challenges faced by communities inspired me to act, not as an observer, but as a participant in change."
దశాబ్దాల పాటు వ్యక్తిగతంగా కొనసాగించిన సేవా కార్యక్రమాలు, 2018లో అధికారికంగా మనం వెల్ఫేర్ సొసైటీగా రూపుదిద్దుకున్నాయి. ఆరోగ్యం, విద్య, పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షణ మరియు సామాజిక సంక్షేమం అనే నాలుగు స్థంభాలపై నిలబడి, ప్రజల మధ్యే ఉండి, ప్రజల కోసమే పనిచేస్తూ ముందుకు సాగుతున్నాము.
Years of individual service evolved into a formal organization in 2018 — Manam Welfare Society. Built on the pillars of health, education, environmental protection, and social welfare, our organization works closely with communities to create lasting and meaningful impact.
